Located on a prominent corner in West Los Angeles this contemporary six story, 78 unit luxury apartment building has a 2000 sf roof top amenities deck with spa, outdoor kitchen, and gardens. The project also features a central planted courtyard and dining patio for the ground floor retail tenant.
Tavi Perttula was the lead Landscape designer and project manager while employed by Rios Clementi Hale Studios.
