Hancock Apartments
Our collaboration with LOC Architects culminated in a project characterized by warm, welcoming thresholds for a contemporary multi-family home. With the project aspiring for LEED-certification, we were happy to design 100% permeable paving onsite. The entrance paseo is framed by bright, colorful vegetation, and leads to an open courtyard with seating, potted plants, and mirroring water feature and fire table.
